I have a unique ability to detect imbalances in the body and create a program that will eliminate them. Whatever your favorite “fit thing” is, I can make you better at it. How did I discover my passion?
A lifelong strenuous training left me with deteriorated joints and physical limitations in my late 20s. A long walk around a city would leave my knees swollen for weeks. I had two options: stop moving or figure out how to “fix” my body. So I set on a mission to learn how to get stronger. I had to try all kinds of different training methods and completed many certifications along the way. But most importantly, I rebuilt my body and learned how to help others do the same.

I’m a 53 year old equestrian (horse rider) and I started seeing Sasha for private training sessions around 6 weeks ago . I have old injuries that are affecting my alignment in the saddle and was very frustrated at really never making any progress with my riding .
Sasha assessed my strengths and weaknesses and was even able to see me ride my horse and get a good picture as to how I was crooked in the saddle. We got started on exercises that gave me a new awareness of my body and addressed my compensation patterns.
If I can’t get the movement she’s asking me to do straight away she breaks it down for me until I can feel engagement of the muscle and understand how to do it correctly.
I still have a long way to go but the improvement in my riding is amazing. My horse is a much more willing partner as my body is getting easier to carry, I feel freer and more mobile in the saddle ( I previously felt totally stuck). This is the most excited I’ve felt about riding in years. Addressing these compensatory patterns has reduced the pain I had in my knee and hips and made life easier at work.
I’m amazed that I’m seeing such dramatic improvements already!
